About
About Leslie Aaron Tsang, DO, QME
Dedicated to Integrity, Expertise, and Compassionate Evaluation
As a board-certified psychiatrist and Qualified Medical Evaluator based in California, I’ve dedicated my career to the thoughtful assessment and care of individuals navigating both clinical and legal systems. With over 15 years of experience in psychiatry—including work in academic, forensic, and clinical environments—I bring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to every evaluation I perform.
My journey began with a strong foundation in medicine and mental health, shaped by rigorous training and a deep belief in patient-centered care. Today, I offer independent psychiatric evaluations that support fair outcomes in workers’ compensation, disability claims, and other complex cases where mental health plays a critical role.
