Dr. Tsang has served as Founder and Medical Director of Berkeley Behavioral Health and Wellness, Consulting Psychiatrist for Circle Medical, and Adult Psychiatrist with Kaiser Permanente. His experience spans psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, behavioral medicine consultation, and interdisciplinary collaboration across a variety of clinical settings.
